How much does candidaro cost?
Candidaro’s pricing depends on the number of users, active smart interviews and AI interviewers. You can also get the PRO plan, which does not have any constraints on the above mentioned parameters. Moreover, the PRO plan has the CV Scanner feature, which evaluates CVs using advanced AI algorithms.
Otherwise, creating resource costs one credit, if you decide for the 10 credits plan. If you pick the small team plan, you can overcome that monthly limits, by buying more credits.
I have the Small Team plan, but I would like to create more smart interviews
We got you covered! You can purchase 10 more credits and spend them, in case there is a spike in your recruitment pipeline at that time. There is no change in your monthly subscription.
Which plan is the right for me?
When deciding between the Pro, Small Team and 10 Credits plans, consider your company’s number of open job positions.
If you create a new account you get 3 credits, in order to try out the product. We highly recommend starting with the Small Team subscription and then, if you are often over the limits or you need the CVs Scanner feature to accelerate your hiring processes, you can change to PRO plan.
How can I upgrade my plan?
If you wish to upgrade your plan, the admin of your account can do it with a few clicks on their account settings.
Do I need a card during my free trial?
No. You won’t need a card during your free trial. You will get 3 Credits for free automatically, when you create your new account.
If I add a payment method during the free trial, what happens to my remaining free trial days?
Those credits will still remain on your account and they can be used anytime.
